Refund policy

We hope that you love your product from Elizabeth Kelly. However, if the product you purchased from us is not what you expected, please contact us to request an RMA number.

You are eligible for an even exchange or store credit for merchandise needing to be exchanged within 14 days** of receiving the item. NO exchanges will be offered after the 14 day period! This includes items that are shipped defective. Try on those goodies right away to make sure they fit!

**Special Policy for ALL Graphics: Graphic tees (including short sleeve, long sleeve, sweatshirts, etc) can ONLY be exchanged for the same product in a different size. (IE: a large Midnight Navy Long Sleeve tee may be exchanged for a Midnight Navy Long Sleeve tee in any size, with the same print)


To start a return, you can contact us at contact@shopelizabethkelly.com. Once an RMA is issued, the product must be shipped within 5 days. You will be responsible for return shipping. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Exchanges/Store Credits are processed within one week of receiving the product back.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If the tags are removed, we will NOT replace, refund, or exchange the item. There are NO exceptions to this. We can only accept items that are in new condition, unwashed, unworn and with tags still attached.

We are unable to return, refund, or exchange ANY items if tags are removed, the item has been worn, has any odor, or shows signs of pets.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
